PROVENANCE OF NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX)
NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX)
As one of the most innovative Crypto Art pioneers, ROBNESS's work is intentionally scattered across many nascent CryptoArt platforms and blockchains.
NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is minted on Polygon using the same ROBNESS wallet that captured the infamous burning of Bored Ape #4885.
ROBNESS minted the infamous footage, entitled "BURNED APE ROT CLUB #4885" on Screensaver.io using the same wallet as he used to mint "NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX)".

ABOUT NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX)
NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is a unique 1/1 digital artwork by ROBNESS, minted in July 2021.
As a crypto art advocate and supporter of decentralisation, ROBNESS is known for minting work across a variety of platforms and blockchains. In this same characteristic style he minted this piece via ScreenSaver.World, an emerging art marketplace on the Polygon chain.
NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is one of only a handful of trash and toter 1/1 artworks, for which ROBNESS, as the founder of "trash art", is famous.
In November 2021 NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) was featured in the DART 2121 Exhibition in Milan, Italy. Displayed in the same gallery as old master Caravaggio, alongside contemporary NFT artists including Beeple, XCOPY and Coldie, the piece was exhibited via digital display in Milan from November 2021 to February 2022.
NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is listed on the OpenSea Marketplace and on ScreenSaver World here:

ABOUT THE ARTIST
ROBNESS was a seminal artist in the very beginnings of tokenized artworks on the blockchain.
From 2016-2018 he participated in the Rarepepe meme trading group that became the first decentralized NFT art movement.
From there he began creating more personal works during the emerging cryptoart "gallery" phase of 2019. His work can now be found on most notable cryptoart platforms including SuperRare, KnownOrigin, Rarible, MakersPlace, Objekt, OpenSea and ScreenSaver World.

After being expelled from the cryptoart platform SuperRare for his use of a Home Depot copyright image in his now infamous "64 GALLON TOTER", he has become recognized as the founder of the #Trashart crypto movement. This is a movement that creates artwork in commentary or homage to the tenets of artistic freedom and the relationship between blockchain tokenization and copyright law.
This movement has seen artists from around the world create work exploring the connections between art history, reappropriation, copyright law and censorship.
ROBNESS's "64 GALLON TOTER" remains the Genesis piece of the #Trashart movement, owned by the artist himself.
Since then ROBNESS has created a handful of further Toter-inspired pieces, notably "Brute Trashcan", which was acquired in Nov 2021 by well-known cryptoart collector Vincent Van Dough for 60Ξ ($202.4k).

NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is the latest statement piece in this artistic movement from the founder of the movement himself.
The piece was recently on display at DART 2121, a major exhibition project dedicated to Crypto Art within a museum space in Italy that also houses masterpieces such as Caravaggio, Guercino, Sebastiano Ricci and others: https://www.dartmilano.com/
The DART 2121 exhibition, curated by Wrong Theory, sees works by the world's biggest crypto artists displayed side by side in a physical setting, including art by Beeple, XCOPY, Kevin Abosch, ROBNESS and Coldie: https://www.wrongtheory.xyz/
NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is a reminder of the place of the ROBNESS toter as an important part of cryptoart heritage amongst these works.
The provenance of NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is certified via its listing on ScreenSaver.World and Polygon blockchain records.
Recently the piece was featured in the DART Exhibition, a major European Crypto Art show in Milan, Italy.
ROBNESS has also commented about the work via Twitter on several occasions.

ROBNESS chose to support the nascent crypto art platform ScreenSave.io with his mint of NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX).
Beta platform ScreenSaver World is still developing. As of writing this article the item listing on ScreenSaver World contains a glitch that causes creation date to be incorrectly displayed on the website. The real mint date of NOIR LIQUID TRASH(REMIX) is recorded on the Polygon minting transaction here.
The OpenSea listing also reflects the accurate creation date for the NFT.
